Why the office is here

Robinson Road sits between the banks, the company registries, and the courts. Clients come in to sign, to go through a mark-up line by line, or to collect completion papers. When travel is impractical, we meet by video and still work from the same file notes.

The practice was set up for work that is too specific for a general helpline and too contained for a large-firm team of six. A director, a couple making a will, or a first-time buyer gets one adviser who has read the papers.

We advise only on Singapore law. If a matter needs foreign counsel — for example assets held overseas — we say so and work with the adviser you appoint.

How we accept work

We run a conflict check, then send a written scope. Confidentiality follows the usual professional rules: what you tell us for the purpose of advice is treated as privileged and is not discussed outside the file without your authority, except where the law requires disclosure.

Hours and how to arrive

Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Singapore time. The building is 120 Robinson Road. Use the lift to #14-01 after you have a confirmed appointment. Parking nearby is charged; MRT to Tanjong Pagar or Raffles Place is usually faster.
