Advisers reviewing marked-up documents at a desk

Legal services for companies, individuals, and property

We take instructions in three areas of Singapore law. After a consultation you receive a written list of tasks — not a menu of unused extras.

How we price the file

A contract review is not priced like an HDB completion. We do not sell a single “legal package”. After we have seen the papers, you get a note of the work, the working dates, and the fee. You decide whether to instruct.

If a company also needs a will, or a buyer also needs a lease reviewed, we keep one file note so you do not repeat the same facts to a second person.

What we do not do

We do not conduct criminal trials, and we do not hold ourselves out as a full-service litigation chambers. Where a matter needs counsel in court or in another country, we say so at the first meeting.
